Dr. Keith received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Promotion from South Dakota State University in 2007 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center in 2011
A native of Chancellor, SD, Dr. Keith initially became interested in the field of physical therapy during to a guided imagery activity he partook in while attending SDSU. During this activity, participants were given a general narration by a moderator with which participants then “painted their own picture” in their mind. Near the end of the activity, Dr. Keith envisioned himself teaching someone learn how to walk again and immediately knew this was a sign that he was meant to do something bigger than himself – he knew he was meant to have a profound and positive IMPACT on others lives.
This vision has fueled his passion as a patient advocate as he always strives to do what is right for the patient. His relentless quest for knowledge and personal and professional development has guided him to further his studies with numerous post-graduate courses over the years. His pursuit to enhance his own clinical skills to better help his patients led him to further his education and orthopedic expertise with a manual therapy certification from The Institute of Manipulative Physiotherapy and Clinical Training and has been a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) since 2014. Dr. Keith is also an expert regarding soft tissue injuries, often those chronic in nature and has been an Astym certified clinician since 2014.
Dr. Keith possess a relentless pursuit for continuous improvement, innovation and creativity in effort to provide the absolute best treatment and outcome for his patient. This is evident by the vast line of treatment interventions and modalities deployed and used at his clinics.
Over the last 4.5 years, Dr. Keith has also emerged as an International Leader in the quickly growing field of Regenerative Therapy and Technologies.
Because of his efforts, he was selected by and serves as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for The Institute of Tissue Regeneration and Repair, and is the ONLY Physical Therapist from the United States to join a team of internationally known Physicians and Pioneers in the field of Regenerative Medicine in effort to standardize care and it's use in the United States. He also serves as a KOL for Curamedix and is a faculty instructor for the American Shockwave Training Institute (ASTI), headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
With 14+ years of experience, all in an outpatient orthopedic setting; Dr. Keith has had the privilege of caring for a wide variety of patients: from school-aged children to retirees, from homemakers to business professionals, from weekend warriors to high school, collegiate and even professional athletes.
An active participant in the communities of which he lives, he volunteers his time providing Sports Medicine Services and coverage for Akron-Westfield Community School District and is also the Team Physical Therapist for the Sioux City Bandits Professional Indoor Football Team.
Dr. Keith and his wife, Jennie, have 3 young sons, all of which keep them constantly on their toes! Dr. Keith is also an avid sports fan, enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, working in the yard, fishing and working with his patients to have a positive and influential IMPACT to help improve their lives.
Megan Prescott

Megan is a Nebraska native from Wisner. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of South Dakota in Psychology with a minor in Athletic Training, and later furthered her education at Western Iowa Technical Community College and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She was active in sports throughout high school as well as played Rugby at USD, where her interest in physical therapy continued to grow. Since graduating from WITCC in 2011, she has practiced in outpatient, inpatient, home health, and skilled rehab settings.
Megan has seen a variety of patients over her career ranging from sports injuries, general post-operative orthopedics, vestibular disorders, and neurologically involved patients. She has enjoyed the vast variety of patients she has seen over the years and continues to expand her knowledge to continue to help her patients.
Megan is certified/trained in Graston Technique, Myofascial Cupping, and is certified in Myofascial Release via John Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) seminars.
She and her husband, Billy, have 2 children. When away from work, Megan enjoys cheering on the Huskers, participating in sporting events, hunting, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Abbi is from Sioux City, IA. She graduated from Clarke University in 2010 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
She has experience in ergonomics, orthopedics, acute/chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Throughout her career as a PT, she has enjoyed educating and empowering individuals to improve their quality of life.
In her free time, she enjoys running, biking, and hiking with her chocolate lab, Bear.

Dr. Emily is originally from Platte, SD. She attended the University of Sioux Falls where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and was also an all-conference volleyball player for the Cougars. She then went on to the University of South Dakota and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018.
She was always interested in the human body and knew she wanted to work in healthcare, but chose to be a Physical Therapist to help people with movement while trying to avoid medications, injections, and surgery when possible. She enjoys that she gets to spend time with her patients to truly help them and build a relationship with them.
Dr. Emily has furthered her post-graduate education and skill in orthopedics and is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist endorsed by Evidence In Motion. She has also recently obtained certifications in Women's Health and Pelvic Floor disorders and is our Women's Health Clinical Expert.
Prior to working at Impact, Dr. Emily worked as a traveling Physical Therapist for 2 years gaining experience in a variety of different clinical settings, including outpatient orthopedics, in different regions around the country.
Dr. Emily and her husband, Michael, have two children and enjoy being active, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Becky Bruning

Becky received her Associated in Physical Therapist Assistant from Western Iowa Tech Community College in 2019.
Born and Raised in Woodstock, Illinois. Physical Therapy peaked her interest as a career choice from a young age. A combination of being a figure skater and having physical therapy exposed to her from her mother needing in home physical therapy. She decided to further her education in the field to help transform the lives of others.
She has a passion for helping others reach their goals. She coached figure skating and worked with children to adults all levels. Becky spent time working with NISRA students on the ice as well, which helped her learn and discover the joy of creating an impact on a person’s life one day and smile at a time.
Becky moved to Sioux City to further her education, which transformed her life in more ways than she could imagine. She went from not knowing Sioux City existed to meeting her fiancé and beginning her career at Impact Physical Therapy Wellness and Performance.
In 2022, Becky spent 1 year doing travel therapy at various locations across the United States before returning back to Impact in 2023!
Becky is married to her husband Kevin. She enjoys figure skating, yoga, hockey, and watching the Olympics winter games. Another fact about her is she is born on Christmas, as you can tell her favorite season is winter.
